became the default setting in most operating systems.
After installation the TEST1.BAT
short-cut will produce CRASHME-TEST1-MT.LOG containing the following process fatal exit exceptions after a 30-second run:
Prior to this release there would be no fatal exit exceptions, and an individual crashme.exe sub-process would internally experience and handle only harmless EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION caused by DEP
If you set up a BAT file to run crashme.exe for several hours or days who knows what your computer may encounter, perhaps undocumented instructions that only the NSA
The installer includes both binaries and source code. If you don't want to use the installer then you download the indicated change set and compile with VS Express 2013 for Desktop.
